Hi, my name is Sara. I’m a Professional Kanban Trainer and Delivery Manager with almost 20 years of experience leading teams in the implementation of large-scale, end-to-end software projects and complex solutions in both Italy and the UK, where I lived for nine years. I’m certified in Kanban (PKT, PK1, KMP, PSK), Scrum (PSM, PSFS, CSPO), Program Management (MSP), and Project Management (APM, ITIL4).
I became a Professional Kanban Trainer in 2024 after completing the selection and training process for trainers at Prokanban.org, the global authority on Kanban. I had the privilege of being trained by some of my idols—Daniel Vacanti, Prateek Singh, and Colleen Johnson—whom I had admired and followed for years. I love teaching Kanban because it works. It delivers tangible results and shifts the focus from noise to what matters in creating value.
